Banco Panama to issue 3-year bonds worth $500,000

Banco Panamá SA on Dec. 23 plans to issue 3-year bonds worth $500,000 at a fixed annual interest rate of 4.25%, the bank said in a securities filing.

The series AA bonds, which were offered on Dec. 20, are part of the bank's rotating corporate bonds program for up to $50 million.
