BancolombiaS.A. is holding an extraordinary shareholders' meeting on Sept. 20to discuss several items regarding its merger with unit Leasing Bancolombia SA Compañía de Financiamiento, thecompany said July 19.

Exchange terms under the merger will grant shareholders oneshare in Leasing Bancolombia for each 7.28665919 shares already held in thesame company.
