Mexican court rules in favor of DynaResource over San Jose de Gracia dispute

The 11th Federal Circuit Collegiate Court in Mexico made a final ruling over the disputed San Jose de Gracia gold project in favor of DynaResource Inc., the company said Dec. 20.

The court denied the Amparo challenge of Goldgroup Mining Inc.'s subsidiary Goldgroup Resources to the damages award of US$48.3 million.

The lien against DynaResource de México shares owned by Goldgroup is now fully confirmed, final and enforceable.

DynaMexico is a subsidiary of DynaResource, and owns the San Jose de Gracia project.

The final ruling means that all matters before the court with regard to the parties involved are fully resolved and are no longer subject to appeal or reconsideration.
