Alexander & Baldwin sells office buildings in Plano, Texas

Diversified real estate investment trust Alexander & Baldwin Inc. sold two office buildings in Plano, Texas, to Libitzky Property Cos. and Sunwest Real Estate Group for an undisclosed price, according to CBRE Group Inc., which brokered the sale.

The two-story 1800 & 1820 Preston Park buildings span 198,759 net rentable square feet of class A office space and are 81% leased.

Tenants include American Flood Research, Arrow Electronics and Health Texas.
