Banco Hipotecaria's board proposes 900M Argentine peso capital hike

The board of Argentina's Banco Hipotecario SA on March 7 proposed a capital increase worth 900 million Argentine pesos via the issuance of ordinary class A, B, C and D shares, according a regulatory filing.

The class D shares would be offered in capital markets locally and internationally according to the proposals which shareholders will discuss in a meeting April 9, the bank said.

As of March , US$1 was equivalent to 20.38 Argentine pesos.
