Private equity firm LDC (Managers) Ltd. appointed Oliver Schofield as an investment director in its South West and Wales team.

Previously, Schofield was part of the leveraged finance team at Goldman Sachs.

As LDC's investment director, Schofield will help identify potential investment opportunities, lead transactions and support the management teams of LDC's portfolio businesses.
