Pennsylvania's CNB names 2 execs; Mercantile Bank of Michigan names 3 directors

Jeffrey Moore was appointed to the boards of Derby, Vt.-based Community Bancorp. and subsidiary Community National Bank, effective Jan. 1, 2019.

Moore, 57, is the owner and president of freight logistics company Quest Transportation.

Mercantile Bank of Michigan appointed Diane Maher, Joseph Jones and Kurt Hassberger to its board.

Maher is president and COO of DP Fox Ventures and Fox Motor Group, Jones is president and CEO of the Urban League of West Michigan and a Grand Rapids city commissioner, and Hassberger is chairman and president of Rockford Construction Co.

The Grand Rapids, Mich.-based bank is a unit of Mercantile Bank Corp.

Clearfield, Pa.-based CNB Bank named Chris Stott senior vice president and market president and Greg Dixon senior vice president and senior credit officer.

Most recently, Stott was senior vice president and director of private banking and Dixon was market executive at the CNB Financial Corp. unit.
