Citi's co-head of mergers to leave the company

Citigroup Inc.'s co-head of mergers, Peter Tague, is leaving the company, The Wall Street Journal reported Feb. 21, citing "people familiar with the matter."

He has held the position since 2012. The WSJ added that Tague's next moves are still unclear.

Mark Shafir and Cary Kochman will continue to head the division.
