MacquarieInvestment Management Ltd., part of the asset management arm ofMacquarie Group Ltd.,said April 4 that it appointed David Derger as head of Nordic sales.

He joins the company from HSBC Global Asset Management wherehe spent five years as a sales manager for the Nordic region.

As head of Nordic sales, Derger will be responsible forexpanding Macquarie's relationships in the region, introducing Nordic institutionaland professional investors to the breadth of Macquarie's investmentcapabilities.
