Fortress funds, Sansone Group buy Nashville, Tenn., distribution facility

Certain Fortress Investment Group LLC-managed funds teamed up with commercial real estate firm Sansone Group Inc. to purchase a 709,651-square-foot industrial distribution facility in Nashville, Tenn., for an undisclosed amount.

The class A facility at 245 Couchville Industrial Blvd. was renovated under a multimillion-dollar project, which completed in 2018. The property is lease-ready and can provide up to 472,736 square feet of contiguous space for immediate occupancy.

Logistics provider Superior 3rd Party Logistics, Inc. already occupies a substantial part of the available space in the asset on a five-year lease, according to a release.

Sansone Group will serve as property manager for the distribution facility.
