Terreno Realty Corp. disposed of an industrial research and development facility in Annapolis Junction, Md., for about $15.0 million, generating an estimated 7.6% unleveraged internal rate of return on investment.

The industrial real estate investment trust bought the approximately 97,000-square-foot property at 9020 Junction Drive for roughly $13.8 million in 2014.
