The Hilb Group LLC on April 7 announced the acquisition of Mahwah, N.J.-based P.A. Post AgencyLLC and its subsidiaries, effective April 1.

P.A. Post Agency is a transportation insurance agency that providesinsurance products for all transportation classes, including school and charterbuses, ambulances, limos and taxis. Brad Post, P.A. Post Agency president, willcontinue to lead the company's 43 employees under its existing name.
