Prestige Brands Holdings Inc. sold the worldwide rights to its over-the-counter pregnancy test kit, e.p.t., to NFI Consumer Healthcare.

NFI Consumer Healthcare did not disclose the terms of the acquisition agreement.

Established in 1977, e.p.t. was the first OTC home pregnancy test kit in North America.
