Theoffering marks the first greenbond issuance by a Hong Kong company and the first by a propertycompany in Asia.

Proceedswill fund the company's green initiatives and will help finance the KowloonEast office project, which will be built to HK-Beam Platinum and LEED Platinumgreen building standards.

Thebond, which will be listed on the Hong Kong exchange, was rated A2 by Moody's andA by S&P Global Ratings.

HSBC, BofA Merrill Lynch, Bank of China (Hong Kong) Ltd. andJ.P. Morgan are the lead arrangers for the bond issuance. HSBC and BofA MerrillLynch are the green bond advisers.
