Alligator EnergyLtd. said April 4 that the farm-in and joint venture agreement betweensubsidiary Northern Prospector Pty.Ltd. and Cameco Corp.unit Cameco Australia Pty. Ltd.over the Mamadawerreuranium property in the Northern Territory of Australia has been terminated.

Through the joint venture agreement, which was back in July 2011, Alligator was toearn up to a 90% stake in the property.

The decision to terminate the agreement was made after due considerationand discussion with Cameco, based on the prospectivity assessment of Alligator'sthree project areas and the need to focus its exploration efforts.

Alligator will now focus on the Beatrice and Tin Camp Creek uranium properties, both of which are alsolocated in the Northern Territory.
