Rebosis Property mulls restructuring New Frontier

South African real estate investment trust Rebosis Property Fund Ltd. is considering restructuring shopping center-focused New Frontier Properties Ltd.

Rebosis, which cut its shareholding in New Frontier to 36% from 67.6% in September 2017, said the restructuring might be carried out by delisting New Frontier and/or by internalizing its asset management, among other options.

New Frontier holds primary listings on the Alternative Exchange of the JSE and the Stock Exchange of Mauritius.
