Claridge Public expects losses in FY'18 results

Claridge Public Ltd. expects its consolidated financial results for 2018 to continue to be loss making but said it expects an improvement compared to the previous year.

The Cyprus-based luxury property developer attributes the expected improvement to the reduction of the loss of associate company Leisure Holding SA, a reduced interest on late payment of taxes and the impairment of stocks which was recognized in 2017.
