Report: VTB Bank first deputy president to step down

Vasily Titov is set to resign as first deputy president and first deputy chairman of the management board at JSC VTB Bank, news agency RBK reported Oct. 9.

Titov, who is responsible for managing VTB's operations and structural subdivisions, according to the lender's website, will step down Oct. 17, but will continue to serve as an adviser to CEO Andrey Kostin, the report noted, citing the bank's press office.
