Mint sells promissory notes

The Mint Corp. completed the sale of C$50,000 promissory notes, the second tranche of a promissory notes offering of up to C$2.5 million.

The buyer received 100,000 bonus warrants, with each bonus warrant entitling the holder to buy one common share of Mint for 20 Canadian cents through Aug. 30, 2019.

Mint paid a finder compensation of C$2,000 and 4,000 finder warrants. The bonus warrants and finder warrants are nontransferable.
