Raymond James European Advisory appointed Burkhard Weber to managing director, effective Jan. 1.

Weber will advise international clients from the company's Munich office. He joined from Lincoln International, where he advised on cross-border transactions involving German and U.S. industrial companies as well as private equity houses.
