ImpediMed sells test, measurement business for $500,000

ImpediMed Ltd. sold Xitron Technologies Inc. to Vitrek LLC for $500,000, subject to working capital adjustment.

Under the agreement, Vitrek acquired the test and measurement business' net assets, while ImpediMed acquired a perpetual worldwide license for all technology and know-how related to Xitron Technologies' medical segment.

"We are very pleased to have completed this transaction so that we can fully focus the organization on the opportunities we have with our SOZO digital health platform," ImpediMed Managing Director and CEO Richard Carreon said in a news release.

Australia-based ImpediMed makes and markets bioimpedance instruments, consumables and software.
