Liberty Mutual Insurance completed its acquisition of AmTrust Surety, the U.S. surety operations of AmTrust Financial Services Inc.

The acquisitions of AmTrust Insurance Spain, Nationale Borg and Nationale Borg Reinsurance are expected to close in the second half of the year.
