Apple Inc. will begin shipping its new wireless AirPod headphones, and make them available via Apple Stores and other retailers, from the week of Dec. 19.

The tech giant also started accepting online orders for the AirPods on Dec. 13. The AirPods were supposed to hit stores in October, but Apple postponed the launch to ensure the headphones are ready for customers.

Apple will sell the AirPods, including the charging case, for $159 in the U.S. They are compatible with the iOS 10, watchOS 3 and macOS Sierra operating systems.
