Duke Realty unit buys industrial building in Florida for $34M

Duke Realty Corp.'s Duke Countyline 4 LLC unit paid about $34.3 million to acquire an industrial building in Countyline Corporate Park in Hialeah, Fla., from Florida East Coast Industries LLC affiliate Countyline Building 4 LLC, the South Florida Business Journal reported.

The recently completed 208,050-square-foot property at 3840 W. 104th St. houses Winncom Technologies, Fine Art Lamps, Consolidated Electrical Distributors and Holpack Corp.

Duke agreed to buy the property in June 2018 after initially acquiring three buildings in the park for $180 million.
