ArbuthnotBanking Group Plc unit Arbuthnot Latham & Co. Ltd.appointed Ian Henderson as CEO and James Fleming as vice chairman.

Henderson, who will assume the new role from May 6, waspreviously head of strategic business development and CEO of personal lendingand mortgages at Secure TrustBank Plc.

Fleming will take up his new role immediately and stand downas a director of Arbuthnot Banking Group.
