Ally Financial prices senior notes

Ally Financial Inc. has priced offerings of its senior unsecured notes.

The company's offering of 4.150% series A term notes due Oct. 15, 2021, has a principal amount of $5.4 million, and its offering of 4.400% series A term notes due Oct. 15, 2023, has a principal amount of $485,000.

The notes will be sold at 100% of the aggregate principal amount of the notes. Interest on the notes will be paid monthly, beginning Nov. 15.

Ally Financial will issue the notes in minimum denominations of $1,000 and increments of $1,000.

The trade date for the offerings is Oct. 15, and the settlement date is Oct. 18.

Incapital LLC, Citigroup, RBC Capital Markets, Morgan Stanley and J.P. Morgan are acting as agents for the offerings.
