Banco Panameño de la Vivienda to offer $4M in bonds

Banco Panameño de la Vivienda SA on March 28 will offer a series of commercial securities, worth a total of $4.0 million, within the framework of its $50.0 million issuance program.

The bank will offer series CM notes yielding at a 3.375% interest rate and maturing in six months. The bonds will be issued March 31, the bank said in a regulatory filing.

The company said it will use the funds to finance the expansion of its productive assets.
