Gold MountainMining Corp. said July 12 that KCR LLC has become its new majorshareholder, now owning 30,216,500 common Gold Mountain shares or about 43.8%of the capital.

KCR increased its shareholding in the miner after itacquired additional 20 million Gold Mountain shares at 10 Canadian cents each,for C$2 million. This follows Almadex Minerals Ltd.'s recent move to in Gold Mountainto 9.8% by disposing of 20 million shares in a private cash sale.
