Yapı ve Kredi Bankasi inks dual-currency loan

on May4 signed a syndicated loan agreement amounting to $381 million and €959.1million.

The 367-dayloan has an all-in cost of LIBOR plus 85 basis points and EURIBOR plus 75 basispoints, respectively. The loan will be used for trade finance purposes.

Atotal of 48 banks from 15 countries participated in the syndication.
