ORIX Corp. USA completed its acquisition of Hunt Real Estate Capital LLC from Hunt Cos. Inc.

ORIX Corp. USA will combine Hunt Real Estate Capital with two of its brands, Lancaster Pollard and RED Capital Group, to form a full-service entity that provides national commercial real estate lending services. James Flynn, Hunt Real Estate Capital's president and chief investment officer, will lead the newly created company.
