America's Community Bank president/COO seeks to acquire voting shares of Urich Bancorp

Twila Gregg, Blue Springs, Mo.-basedAmerica's Community Bankpresident and COO, along with Richard Gregg, intends to acquire 25% or more of theshares of Urich Bancorp Inc.

According to a notice of changein control obtained by S&P Global Market Intelligence, both applicants do notown any shares in the company and plan to acquire 1,984 shares or 48.39%.The filing indicated a total purchase price of about $2.2 million.

Charles Heiman, a seller, willremain as a director of the bank.

A call for comment was not immediatelyreturned by Urich Bancorp.

Urich Bancorp has 4,100 authorizedshares of voting stock, with 3,116 outstanding, according to the filing.
