Report: Perella Weinberg offering partner roles to Tudor execs as part of potential merger

PerellaWeinberg Partners LP is offering to give four Tudor Pickering Holt& Co. executives partner roles as part of its negotiations with TudorPickering Holt to strike a deal, Bloomberg News reported, citing "twopeople familiar with the plan."

Bobby Tudor, Dan Pickering, CFO Alexandra Pruner and MaynardHolt could become partners at the combined company. Tudor servesas chairman and CEO of Tudor Pickering Holt; Pickering is co-president and headof TPH Asset ManagementLLC; and Holt serves as co-president, co-head of investment bankingand head of upstream advisory business.

A deal, which could be announced in the coming weeks, wouldadd almost 200 employees to Perella Weinberg's 450 employees.
