St. Joe Co. and Flournoy Development Co. established a joint venture to develop, build and manage a new 300-unit, four-building apartment community in Panama City Beach, Fla.

The companies expect site development and construction to begin immediately, with apartment homes being available for lease in the summer of 2021.
