Firstar eyes tax equity stake in 74-MW Okla. wind farm

, anaffiliate of U.S. Bancorp Inc., plans to take up to a 45% passive tax equitystake in the 74-MW Little Elkwind farm in Kiowa and Washita counties, Okla.

Accordingto a FERC application filed July 18, the transaction is pursuant to amembership interest purchase agreement between Firstar and Bankers CommercialCorp., an affiliate of MUFG Union Bank NA. After the transaction, BCC willcontinue to own the remaining passive interest in the facility.

indirectly owns Little Elk Wind Holdings, the owner of themanaging, controlling class A units of the facility. Enel Green Power isa subsidiary of EnelSpA.

Starting2018, the facility will sell its output to People's Electric Cooperative ofOklahoma under a 25-year power purchase agreement.

FERC wasasked to issue an order approving the transaction by Aug. 15. (EC16-152)
