Banco de Sabadell SA has agreed to sell its online ticketing business, Instant Ticket, as part of its strategy to sell off noncore businesses, Cinco Días reported Jan. 9.

The Spanish bank had signed a deal to sell the business, which sells tickets for concerts, shows and the theater, to Madrid-based software provider and online platform Impronta Technological Services.
