Japan-based Norinchukin Trust & Banking Co.Ltd. said March 19 that it appointed Katsuyuki Toyama as its new president, effective April 1.
Toyaka is a board member of parent company Norinchukin Bank.
Kazumi Torii, the current president of Norinchukin Trust & Banking, will retire March 31.
