Vast Resources PLC said Sept. 26 that it appointed Carl Kindinger as its new CFO, replacing Pierre Joubert.

Kindinger has held senior financial, managerial and board-level posts in small to mid-sized international companies for over 25 years, including AIM-listed Island Oil and Gas Plc and Fastnet Oil and Gas Plc.

The company is focused on its Pickstone-Peerless gold mine in Zimbabwe as well as the polymetallic Manaila mine in Romania.
