NYSE notifies Southcross Energy of noncompliance over annual report filing

The NYSE notified SouthcrossEnergy Partners LP that it failed to timely file its annual reporton Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended Dec. 31, 2015, a noncompliance with theNYSE's continued listing requirements, according to the partnership's April 6news release.

Southcross said it intends to file its annual report shortlyafter the bankruptcy court's confirmation of Southcross Holdings LP's prepackaged plan of reorganization under Chapter 11.

Southcross Energy expects Southcross Holdings to provide thepartnership with adequate liquidity to avoid the inclusion of a going concernqualification in the auditor's report to be issued in connection with thepartnership's financial statements for the full year ended Dec. 31, 2015, therelease said.

The partnership has six months from the receipt of the NYSEnotice of noncompliance to file the annual report for the fiscal year ended Dec.31, 2015.
