Credit Suisse names Saudi Arabia CEO; Argentex hires board member

Credit Suisse Group

Zurich-based Credit Suisse Group AG named Khalid Al Ghamdi CEO for its Saudi Arabian business, Reuters reported, citing two sources close to the matter.

Al Ghamdi currently serves as the managing director at Mizuho Financial Group Inc.'s Saudi Arabia business.

Al Ghamdi will join the lender in September, the report noted.

Argentex Group

Argentex Group PLC appointed Lena Wilson as senior independent director and chairwoman of the nominations committee.

Wilson currently serves on the board of the Royal Bank of Scotland Group PLC and various of its units.
