Mid-Atlantic

Middletown, N.Y.-based Orange Bank & Trust Co., a unit of Orange County Bancorp Inc., filed an application with the Federal Reserve Bank of New York to open a branch located at 510 South Columbus Ave. in Mount Vernon, N.Y., according to the Federal Reserve release.

The OCC approved Willsboro, N.Y.-based Champlain National Bank's application to open a branch located at 622 Lake Flower Ave. in Saranac Lake, N.Y., according to the OCC's website.

The bank is a unit of Champlain Bank Corp.

The OCC approved Glen Head, N.Y.-based First National Bank of Long Island's application to open a branch at 234 Route 25A in East Setauket, N.Y.

The bank is a unit of First of Long Island Corp.

Midwest

The Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago approved WoodTrust Bank's application to open a branch at 210 Bridge St. in Wausau, Wis.

The Wisconsin Rapids, Wis.-based bank is a unit of WoodTrust Financial Corp.

Columbia, Mo.-based Landmark Bank NA, a unit of Landrum Co., filed an application with the OCC to close its branch located at 139 East Main St. in Whitesboro, Texas, according to the regulator's website.

Omaha, Neb.-based American National Bank filed an application with the OCC to close two of its branches located at 1230 East Pierce St. in Council Bluffs, Iowa, and at 1412 Harney St. in Omaha, Neb.

The bank is a unit of American National Corp.

Southfield, Mich.-based Sterling Bank and Trust FSB, a unit of Sterling Bancorp Inc., filed an application with the OCC to open a branch at 19220 Colima Road, Suite 100, in La Puente, Calif.

Seacoast National Bank filed an application with the OCC to close its branch at 1627 U.S. Highway 1 in Sebastian, Fla.

The Stuart, Fla.-based bank is a unit of Seacoast Banking Corp. of Florida.

Southwest

McAllen, Texas-based Greater State Bank relocated its headquarters from 131 E. Rice St. in Falfurrias, Texas, to 3300 N. 10th St. in McAllen, according to the Texas Department of Banking's website.

The bank is a unit of Greater State Bancshares Corp.

McGregor, Texas-based First National Bank of McGregor, a unit of McGregor Bancshares Inc., filed an application with the OCC to open a branch at 510 N. Valley Mills Drive in Waco, Texas.

Three Rivers, Texas-based First State Bank, a unit of County Bancshares Inc., filed an application with the Texas Department of Banking to open a branch at 2202 MacArthur Drive in Orange, Texas.

Canada

PenFinancial Credit Union will open its first Fonthill, Ontario, branch at Regional Road 20, the Welland (Ontario) Tribune reported.

The branch is expected to open by fall, the publication added.
