Kingsway Financial Services Inc. shareholders approved the company's plan to change its jurisdiction of incorporation to the state of Delaware from the Canadian province of Ontario.

The domestication is anticipated to take effect on or about Dec. 31.

As previously announced, effective Dec. 19 Kingsway's common shares will trade on the New York Stock Exchange and the warrants will trade on the OTC Market, as both securities will be delisted from the Toronto Stock Exchange.
