Laurie Grabow, CFO of Old Point Financial Corp. and unit Old Point National Bank of Phoebus, is retiring in the summer.

The Hampton, Va.-based bank has engaged Kaplan Partners to lead the search for a new CFO, according to a Jan. 18 news release.
