Mark Hirschhorn resigned as Teladoc Health Inc.'s executive vice president, COO and CFO, effective Jan. 1, 2019.

The U.S.-based telehealth service provider appointed its president Peter McClennen as interim COO. Teladoc Health's Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer, and Controller Gabriel Cappucci will handle the company's finance activity till Hirschhorn's permanent replacement is found.
