Alm. Brand completes buyback program

Copenhagen-based Alm. Brand A/S on March 25 completed a share repurchase of up to 200 million Danish kroner.

Under the share buyback program, a total of 3,349,145 shares were repurchased for 59.71 kroner per share.

Also, another share repurchase program of up to 200 million kroner is expected to be initiated, subject to regulatory and shareholders' approval. It will run until the end of March 2020.

As of March 25, US$1 was equivalent to 6.60 Danish kroner.
