Bank and thrift equity research analyst Kevin Fitzsimmons is no longer with Hovde Group LLC, S&P Global Market Intelligence has confirmed.

Hovde published a May 26 research report that noted depositories Fitzsimmons had covered were being transferred to analysts Joseph Fenech, Brian Zabora and Kevin Swanson.

Fitzsimmons is a veteran analyst with more than 20 years of experience and was previously with Sandler O'Neill & Partners LP. He joined Hovde in 2014 to help launch an equity research platform.
