Solera Holdings Inc. has acquired 100% ownership of Digidentity BV, a provider of technologies that secure and authenticate online identities.

Digidentity's validation and authentication systems create secure environments for digital transactions across industries, including banking and insurance, transportation and logistics, government services, regulatory affairs and electronic commerce. The company received an early-stage venture capital investment from Solera in 2010.

An affiliate of Vista Equity Partners acquired Solera Holdings in March 2016.
