South Korean, Cambodian financial regulators sign cooperation agreement

South Korea's Financial Services Commission and Financial Supervisory Service signed a memorandum of understanding with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Cambodia to cooperate on information sharing and supervision.

This agreement is the latest addition to a cooperation tie-up between the two countries. The FSC signed similar MOUs with the Cambodian Ministry of Economy and Finance in 2008 and National Bank of Cambodia in 2013.

The FSC plans to expand its portfolio of MOUs with foreign counterparts for closer cooperation on financial policy and supervision.
