* Allison Cherry Lafferty joined the boards of Oakdale, Calif.-based Oak Valley Bancorp and subsidiary Oak Valley Community Bank.

She qualifies as an independent director within the meaning of the applicable Nasdaq Stock Market listing rules.

Lafferty is president and managing shareholder at Kroloff Belcher Smart Perry & Christopherson.

* Hamilton, Bermuda-based Bank of N.T. Butterfield & Son Ltd. appointed Meroe Park to its board as a nonexecutive director.

She was most recently the executive director of the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency.

* Wisconsin Rapids, Wis.-based KeySavings Bank named Bradley Russell a board member, filling a vacancy due to Earl Staege's retirement, the Wisconsin Rapids City Times reported.

Russell serves as director of information technology at Mid-State Technical College.

* Former Fifth Third Bank Senior Vice President Gina Fridberg joined Podolsky Circle as director of business development.
