Investcorp Bank to sell manufacturing firm to Investindustrial

Bahrain-based Investcorp Bank BSC agreed to sell Italian manufacturing firm CEME Group to private equity firm Investindustrial for an enterprise value of €285 million.

CEME, which Investcorp acquired in July 2008, primarily manufactures fluid control solutions.

Robert W. Baird advised Investcorp on the deal, with Gattai Minoli Agostinelli & Partners acting as legal counsel, L.E.K Consulting as commercial adviser and PwC as financial and tax adviser.
