The mandatorytakeover bid was launched by the company's wholly owned unitNukasso Holdings Ltd. in June pursuant to Luxembourg regulations after itsurpassed the 33.33% voting rights threshold in the company.
The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier hasappointed PricewaterhouseCoopers société cooperative (Luxembourg), representedby Grégoire Huret, as the independent expert. Huret will be responsible forvaluing the target company and determining the price to be offered to Orcoshareholders for the takeover.
The final valuation report is expected to be submitted on orby Nov. 7, along with the offer document, which is also expected to besubmitted on or by the same date, subject to necessary approval. The valuationreport will take June 8 as the valuation date.
